I like what you were going for here. Did you use a blue gel to produce that sickly skin tone?
No, this was shot was digitally altered to add steam to the soup, to exaggerate the perspective of the bowl (make it bigger) and to "sicken" up the skin tone. Now filter was used on the flash.
